From the receptionist who is always so kind, to Martha from referrals, goes to Elizabeth who took my vitals, did an ekg, was soooo amazing! Right away with a smile, made me feel comfortable. The whole time she did my vitals and ekg she was friendly, patient and still smiling. This office is amazing. I have been coming for years and I felt soo taken care of.

OMG I have the best visits with Dr. Ani Kolangian! She actually listens to what I have to say. She spent quality with me in the exam room. She genuinely cares about my health and how I am feeling. We made a plan and scheduled a follow up appointment that I am looking forward to!

My mom was seeing Dr. Berger here for about 2 years, such a low energy Doctor who doesn't care about their patients. She will experiment with you and show very little interest in your health. Beware of her. She had low ratings everywhere and that's for a reason. The staff here are so nice but she is a horrible doctor. Keep looking else where for an endocrinologist.

This is with Lakeside Health Care I would like to give a excellent recommendation if anyone is looking for a primary doctor which would be Dr. Danny Zaghi rheumatologist Dr. Ramesh Kasavalu and a pulmonary doctor, Eli Hendel I have been their patient and part of their family for 10+ years I can't express enough words to let you know how wonderful they make you feel not only as a patient, but as well Part of their family they have taken care of me for so many years and sadly to say I do have to change doctors because I moved further away. They have taken care of me in so many wonderful ways every time I call I get a return call or immediately I get an answer doesn't matter if it's 6 o'clock or 6:30 in the evening I will get a call back these three doctors have treated me and taken care of me with an A+. I can't say enough their staff is beyond wonderful I'm going to miss them dearly, their staff is another A+. I'm speaking about Jennifer, Lenny, Sylvia Jasmin, Ruby and if I forgot to mention somebody's name, it was not intentionally. The whole staff is just wonderful. Thank you for your care, your professionalism, and especially the way you have made me feel so welcomed and it also made me feel that you really care for me. I'm not just another patient I'm part of their family, the best part is these three doctors they did not just hear what I had to say or hear about my concerns. They listened and they helped me and I'm still here because of them. Horrible office Horrible front desk staff!! Waited there 30 min and left the office without seeing the doctor. They don't take patients by order! If someone arrives one hour earlier than scheduled appointment the front desk will take that person in before you!

I have been seeing Dr. Ramesh Kesavalu, M.D. (Rheumatologist) for several years, from when he was at the Lakeside Community Healthcare office in Burbank. When he was assigned to Glendale I had no thought of changing doctors.Dr. Kesavalu is the reason I don't have "lobster claws" for hands. He has been treating my psoriatic arthritis for several years. He is knowledgeable, patient, takes the time to explain the disease and the treatment, and is moderate in his approach to the treatment (which is very important, especially when the medicines one takes can come with side effects).He is part of my HMO, but if I were a billionaire and could see any rheumatologist I wanted, I would still have Dr. Kesavalu as my doctor.Ruby and the rest of the staff are nice, polite, and happy to help. (Ruby recently spent an hour on the phone with me, dialed in my insurance company, and helped fix an insurance glitch that was preventing me from getting my medicine!)P.S. Not only do I not have "lobster claws" for hands, nobody would even know I had psoriatic arthritis from looking at my fingers. I am especially grateful when I am writing, drawing, and playing my guitar.I also get a lot of the credit; when it comes to doctors I choose wisely!

The main reason why I am changing my physician is because he doesn't care even if I have a serious problem. I have a bleeding and they didn't give me an appointment because I didn't show up for my previous appointment and the girl told me "you didn't show up and now we don't have time". Usually doctors are rescheduling. Whatever problem i had he just told me to do yoga or searched in google and printed out what I should do. I don't think I need a doctor if I should do whatever is in google. Don't take him especially if you are a female because he is not going to examine you and will send to another female physician who gives priority to your insurance.Also be careful he is calling his patients and asking to take bad reviews out and becomes nicer.

Dr. Terry Shiao Shi was so professional and caring to my mother. My mother is very happy with her she listen to all the questions she had and answers them. They made a treatment plan that was specific for her. My mom has followed it and has made a difference that her feet are not hurting. Thank you doctor you are amazing always going above and beyond.
