Dr. Mehrdad Joukar is an amazing partitioner. He is intuitive and skilled in acupuncture. I went for the first time a few months because I injured my foot and was unable to walk for a few days. After my first session I felt an 80% decrease in pain and was able to put pressure on my foot immediately after getting off the table. Acupuncture is a gift to mankind and I could not recommend it more to anyone searching for clean, healing, non-invasive medical care.
I started getting acupuncture because I was tired of feeling inflamed in my back and traps all the time. For context, I lift weights 4-6 times a week and was also working with my hands forward a lot. I had a few people tell me to try acupuncture because it had helped them and so I did. A session goes by easy: I walk in and get seated, then the doctor comes in, pokes me with a few tiny needles, and then I lay there for 20-30 minutes - trying to focus on my breathing. I started going to see Dr. Joukar a few months ago for wrist pain. Not wanting to take the invasive route, I decided try the wholistic approach of accu. He and his team are very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. Highly recommend!
