I have been having my taxes done here for several years. Pretty painless. They send you a detailed (multi-page form) in the mail in January, which you are to fill out. We usually get an appointment time to review these forms we filled out in March - you chat an go through the docs you brought along (if you missed any they give you a list to gather together and send back). At the end of that appointment - they usually give you a rough idea of your refund or your owed money amount. About 2-3 weeks later you get another packet in the mail to sign and send off.
