They repaired the cracked camera glass on my iPhone 14 Pro extremely quickly, although they charge about four times more for the same service than some other small businesses in the area.

Also, I noticed that after the repair my phone camera was no longer able to focus, I noticed this because I frequently use apps to scan bar codes for discounts, something I was able to do even with a cracked lens.

I called them to see what the warranty covered and also asked about a discount or refund since the repair essentially broke a different part of my phone. They said they would be happy schedule another service (at full cost), but refused to acknowledge any possibility that it was their repair that could have broken the phone.

Now, I will be trading my phone in since the cost of the NEW damage is equal to the value of my phone. I thought that by paying more than other businesses I would be receiving better customer service. Unfortunately this was not the case for me. In my case, I would have been better off with a cheaper repair from a different vendor.

Let's define a perfect service. It comes to you on time on a Sunday morning minutes after you book. The phone is assessed for the damage and repaired in 15 minutes. It may cost a little more than other places but you will pay for the service. Great job guys and thank you !
