I was an AC/refrigeration service tech for 2 years and couldn’t have asked for a tighter knit team. Andrew, the supervisor for San Diego/riverside, is responsible for the success of many techs newer to the industry, and helps senior techs grow to invaluable assets to the company. Upper management was very supportive and awesome to work with.
