My 2017 MacBook Pro has not been booting up right for nearly a year. Doug did a house visit to check it out and realized my hard drive was dead. After the new hard drive was delivered, Doug came back to install it. My laptop is back up and running by now. Thanks Doug!

Miracles can happen! After a force quit on my Macbook Pro, it decided not to turn on again. Myself, Apple support and the Genius Bar couldn't get it running even after First Aid, reinstalling OS unsuccessfully and diagnostics. They essentially said good luck trying to get your data out and it needs to be factory reset. I asked a few other companies and didn't get the confidence I wanted to get this fixed. I was praying to the Apple Gods that by some miracle I could get my data out. Doug came and in less than two hours (mostly install time) it was back up and running with all my data saved. If you have Apple issues I highly recommend Doug as he knows his stuff.

After an update I couldn't even try to input my password to log in. No response at all to ANY boot up type tricks at all.Doug showed up and had me back in without ANY loss of data within an hour.He probably knows more about Apple than Apple themselves
