Synergy Home Care has been saving grace for our family. When we were frantically trying to find somebody to help us synergy answered the call. It was 8 PM at night and synergy was able to play somebody in the home by noon the next day. This, all while other home, healthcare agencies, we’re not even picking up their phone.The team at synergy has been responsive and has always filled the schedule when somebody would have to cancel last minute from their agency.It’s been a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend them!
This review is for Dianna at the Fresno location. She is literally an angel. She has made the entire process very easy and has shown extraordinary amounts of compassion and kindness through it all. Any concern I've had she's addressed, any questions have been answered. She has gone above and beyond several times for my family. Most recently I need to increase care immediately and she was able to create a plan within an hours time. She is an absolute asset to this company and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Very appreciative of the care that Vance provided recently for a family member and the communication via Diana throughout the process. Both have been tremendous partners in supporting our family. Would recommend.
