My first visit today and I was a little nervous with all the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! Front desk lady was really sweet and nice, the male nurse who took me back was really kind and sweet. And Dr.Flowe was just lovely! She was wonderful and looking forward to having her as my doctor. Thank you.

I was a returning patient from many years ago. I called had to wait online for a long period of time and the call back feature did not work. I was told I needed a referral but since I am returning from the area after many years I have not established a primary care doctor to do this. I asked for a referral and she went round and round until she finally told me they do not give referrals. As a doctor I know that is BS because I am required to provide 3 referrals upon discharge. Since I have been back in Fresno I have received the worst care.

I’ve been going here for years. I get personal one on one attention and they are really knowledgeable. I feel like my health issues are important and I’m never rushed. PA Salome Soto is the absolute best. She really hears me when I have concerns. The staff is very nice and they will work with me on setting appointment.
