Samantha was great! When I was checking out one of the girls at the Frontdesk said your next Facial will be at the nonmember rate. It was kinda awkward timing because I would have thought they would’ve asked me if I wanted to reschedule the next one and then gone over the rates with me but that’s not Samantha’s fault. So I didn’t schedule the next Facial. But five stars for Samantha.

Kass is a great esthetician. I don't get facials often, but when I do it's with Kass. She talks you through her process and just makes you feel at ease. Very calming voice, energy, and demeanor. And people notice the difference in my skin afterwards. If I could give more stars I would. 15/10
