Most of the hair stylists I knew are all gone. They all left. I'm very sad and then they jacked up the price of membership. That's not right since I had a whole year of not being able to see a stylist (Covid), now it's because of a water heater. I'm supposed to pay $448.00? I am a widow & just lost my job. I want out. Please cancel my membership. I refuse to pay for nothing. Also, I miss the old gang. I never see the new manager. Always saw Jessica Smead.

After moving from the Bay Area to Fresno And using the San Bruno Hcm facility which I was well pleased with , I have found the same quality services here in Fresno , the staff has been tremendously caring , courteous , attentive and sincerely care for hair and needs of the clients especially during these trying months, very satisfied.Regards ,Ralph J EscalanteServices: Haircut

Had excellent experience with my hair dresser Apolonia. She's always explaining the procedure. And always smiling and always making me smile. She's a great hair dresser. I would recommend her to be your hair dresser.
