I went with two three complaints.Doctor answered very politely all questions and the girl assisted was very kind too .My skin tag was treated on the same day itself by her!..thank you !
Everyone was very welcoming when I arrived. The receptionist was patient and helpful as I had a few issues I needed to resolve at first, but everything got worked out quickly. The nurse showed me to the exam room and explained everything that was going to happen. She asked if I had questions and was very easy to talk to. The Physician’s Assistant came in and let me tell her everything that was going on. Asking questions along the way. She did an exam explaining what she was finding and what she was going to do. I've been taking both of my sons to see Dr. Chiang for their acne treatment, with visits periodically. Every time we visit, we are welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, which makes the experience smooth and pleasant.
Dr. Chiang is exceptional in his care. He always listens attentively to our concerns and offers his suggestions with great patience. His approach is thoughtful and reassuring, which has made a significant difference in my sons' treatment journey. We feel confident and supported under his care.
