My girlfriend brought our cat here to be seen. These people don't seem to know what's going on and it can be slightly more than frustrating. They wanted to run all kinds of test and things, which I understand but when you're unable to explain to me how it's necessary.... of course I'm going to be skeptical from that point forward. They wouldn't even give him shots because "he's new here, and we don't know what's wrong with him.." THATS WHY WE ARE HERE! 700$ bill just to get a "once we do this we might be able to tell you what's wrong" People take time out of their days from work, school, family, etc. Only to come here and have you tell them what they already know. I brought both my dogs (one female pit bull and male French bulldog) here for both to get neutered and one spayed. I was so nervous at first after reading these reviews. It was my first time coming to this vet and now that both my dogs were healed I felt that it was the right thing to do is to provide you all with an honest review. Today we came back to get their stitches removed. I was very pleased with the service here. My dogs are both doing well and I am so thankful for their services. Thank you Tri City for doing an amazing job with my dogs!! Not to also say this was the cheapest spot to get your dogs neutered it was cheaper than the SPCA! Last week, I had to take our 6 month old English Cream Golden Retriever, Loki, for an urgent visit after work in the evening. Luckily Tricity was still open and I called ahead. Andrea had already prepared his chart for him to come when I got there. Dr. Bhullar and Jorge, the vet tech, immediately took care of him. He noted that Loki had a temp of 103.5, so kept him for 1/2 hr to give fluids and antibiotic injections and we were able to take him home with antibiotics. We didn't have to deal with keeping him overnight unnecessarily and he was able to come back home with us. He perked up immediately after and the next day he was much more energetic!
