It's about 8 o'clock PM on Thursday night April 28th on West 40 Going into Albuquerque New Mexico and truck number 281 is swerving all over the road ,speeding driving people off the road driving recklessly

So I'm driving NB in I5 in Portland at 1035-1040 ish pm I'm driving the speed limit which is 55 in the middle lane and this driver pulling a trailer with the plate number 4TG3826/CALIFORNIA trailer number 243 comes up behind me right behind me flashes his high beams at me. After about 2 minutes this driver turns on there high beams and so close to me that I have to turn my rear view mirror away to see the road clearly. That's not the worst part. This driver gets into the right lane gets about 10ft in front of me and proceededs to merge into my lane and runs me off the road. Are these the type of drivers your company employs?
