I will not be going back. The other reviews are correct, he knows his stuff but his bedside manner, not so wonderful. I felt super rushed at my initial visit and at my follow up. He literally started walking away as I was talking to him. I went to have some warts burned off and when I asked what the plan was for removing them, he told me that I had to make another appointment because they needed pre approval, when I called my insurance I found out they didn’t need pre approval(!) so why make me wait until the following month? I've known Dr. Tran for about a decade and my family and I have consulted with him several times about dermatological issues. I have found him to be a caring a caring, intelligent (Harvard educated), and detail-oriented dermatologist. He takes great care of his patients and also understands what their insurance will and will not cover. He works hard to ensure that I get great care and won't get stuck with an unexpected bill.
