I went in for a hair cut and they took me right away. I showed Marlene a picture of a hair cut I wanted and she was doing great on the first half until her cell phone started ringing, she kept answering the phone and talking while cutting my hair the I don't know what happened she got lazy and rushed the second half of my cut. My layers are a bit uneven. I didn't realize what was wrong until I came home and blow-dryed my hair (because she sent me away with wet hair) I paid and left because I didn't want to complain and risk her going any shorter.
