Called them for my tankless water heater stopped working and was beeping code 10.
Found out before they arrived, the painters had covered the vent partially.
When Jason showed up, he explained one of the safety features, to prevent carbon monoxide build up, was it shuts down the system. Really informative interaction, really appreciate helping me understand the system better, and didn't even charge a service fee!

I had Dowd plumbing come and do some repairs on my kitchen sink. They replaced all the pipes underneath and replaced the garbage disposal. They did a phenomenal job and were very clean and professional and informative. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Top notch team.
