I took my long haired cat to Pampered Pet. This was her first experience with grooming. The staff was great and the woman who groomed her kept me informed of how she was doing during the appointment. My cat looks great. I will take her back. They really cared and understood that she was my baby.
This was Lainie’s 2nd time with Pampered Pets. Ashley has done a great job with her. The environment is very friendly with Brad in reception to Ashley as her groomer & also very clean.
Pampered Pet Salon has been by far the best Salon for my baby. I have used others but this one makes him and me the happiest! Just look how debonair he looks. Happy boi!
They take him right at his appointment time and are usually finished before the time they tell me. I love how prompt they are because he definitely has separation anxiety. As long as I live in the Sacramento area he will always go to Pampered Pet Salon!! Thank you Amelia for giving him the best care!!
