No one wants to deal with a death in the family, but when it happens you'll be glad to have Eric by your side. He showed great compassion to my family and was always willing to answer all my question. He was honest on wait time since the first day we contacted him and that gave us peace of mind thru our hard times. Eric the Gutierrez family thanks you for making my grandpas burial in Mexico possible.

I unfortunately had to assist with the passing of my fathers funeral. We contemplated what funeral home to use as we had experience with another, but the Perez family we knew personally. We decided to go with Perez and reached out to Robert for assistance in preparing for my fathers passing. Not knowing what to expect, I was impressed in the no pressure to upsell. Called the other day and spoke to Eric about coming in for funeral services for my Uncle. He was so understanding and polite. He really made such a hard phone call very easy. We have previously used Perez Family for our family needs through the Moorpark and Camarillo offices, but it was nice to be able to finally use their services in Fillmore. When tragedy strikes it puts you into a state of fuzz and confusion. Not knowing what is up or down. As I walked up this morning the sun was shining just right.
