The quality of the work at Urban Stone is second to none. We picked out a beautiful slab in their slab yard and had them fabricate a floating sink as well as a bar counter top and backsplash from the slab. From the technology they use to fabricate & share designs to the years of experience & trust we had in the team to the installation - they stand above the rest. Eric, the business owner, is very talented and Jesus & James did an excellent job with installation. We also appreciated the customer service from Talia and Kelsey. Urban Stone was amazing to work with -- from the initial phone calls to get information all the way to install. I tend to have seemingly endless questions and the front office handled all of them so well. This was a partial DIY project and I appreciated Eric giving me his honest opinion, a lot of contractors would have just told you what you wanted to hear and I really value when I can trust someone...no BS. The stone supplier also highly recommended them, which was huge! The install went very well, they were professional and did a great job. I have already referred two people to Urban Stone! I had to write a review after my experience with Urban Stone. Eric and his team were so professional and his expertise dealing with stone and home design was impressive - clearly years of experience in the business and it showed! Our project came out beautiful and exactly as we had envisioned. Thanks so much to our installers - Jesus and James as well. Highly recommend this company for any stone projects you may be considering.
