I have finally found a massage therapist that can relieve my arthritic neck. Located in the back of Sage Yoga, Kristina Silk provides the most relaxing, effective yoga experience in the North County. I have tried therapists, chiropractors, and physical therapists with no luck. Besides her expertise in formulating a treatment plan for a particular complaint, she is able to give you the fluid, relaxing massage. You feel your aches and stress being smoothed out immediately. At $65 per hour, there is no reason to suffer....or waste your time and money somewhere else!

I offer a therapeutic and relaxing massage to ease muscle stiffness and joint pain. Warmed steam towels for back and foot wrap are blended into the massage to help release tension. 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions available. Call or text to schedule an appointment
