So at first I was a bit sketched out with a tattoo shop on base as I’ve never encountered that before but, my good friend went and got a tattoo and really loved the service and work. So I of course end up booking with “Whisper” as that sounded cool as heck. I have gotten three pieces here, the prices are always a steal and it’s by the piece not hour that’s awesome in my opinion. The customer service is always on point. The staff members are always helpful and a joy to be around.
