I have been coming to Redwood acres for over 50 years, ever since our family moved to town in 1974. They keep up the grounds very very well. As for events, You name the event, I've probably been to it. Auto racing, the circus, I saw the lippizaner stallions here the Sunday flea market. The annual Redwood Acres Fair, (it's a small fair that runs for about a week, but it's always fun.). And one of the funniest shows I ever saw here, was called "extreme midget wrestling." #1- The zoom class held by Bob Raschke was great. Just make sure to log in way before the time or else he will call you out for disrespecting the class. Bob was really good! Now for the actual riding class. the instructors were great and made you feel Welcome, just do not forget to bring a lunch and a lot of water because it might be warm And you do a lot of riding and you will get worn out by the end of the day. Everything on the riding test was exactly what they were teaching you over the 2 day period So it's not bad at all. The written test was very easy, it's basically just Common sense questions That Bob went over in the zoom class. would definitely recommend!

For the RV Park, this place is quiet and spaced...mostly flat but not extremely flat. There are many that live here full-time, but was fine...some cats as a result, so cat poop but didn't affect us if you watch where you step. WiFi worked fine. Bathrooms & showers available, but not the cleanest. 4 stars overall.
