We have seen doctor Rassel for about 2.5 yrs. I couldnt be happier with the service from Dr. Rassel. Before I see him I constantly have lower back pain and I would feel the numbness on my leg and tingling at my toes. Often time the pain would lasted for a few weeks. Whether I exercise or rest in bed I just could not get rid of the pain unless I take pain killers everyday for 2-3 weeks. It then went away a couple months and the pain would come back. This repeated cycle has happened for years. What scares me is 1/2 of the time my lower back pain would cause numbness of my leg and the tingling of my toes. I first saw Dr. Rassel when I was just a few months past age 61 birthday and I was, quite frankly, not in good shape at all. I was sore all over. I couldn’t walk a few blocks without feeling bad. I had a poor appetite, was underweight, had a sallow complexion, smoked half a pack of cigarettes every day and just didn’t feel good in general. They put me on a complete program. One year later, I was walking over a mile a day (half of it up pretty steep hills), and was doing Yoga and strengthening exercises for an hour and a half a day. I have been a patient at Corrective Spinal Care for over 25 years. The doctors are competent and easily diagnose the areas of thespine needing adjustment to provide their clients great health in their organs and overall mobility, dependent upon circulation and the nervous system connected to the spine.James Rafferty
