I’ve been going to this Bikram studio in Encino since 2017 and this practice has changed my life. It’s one of the only authentically Bikram studios around, and you can really feel the difference.

All of the instructors are great in their own way, super knowledgeable, encouraging, and they each bring something a little different to class. You’ll definitely grow your practice if you stick with it.

The studio is clean, easy to get to, and yes, the room gets HOT (as it should). They offer mats and towels for rent, but I’d recommend bringing your own.

Anna’s 12:30 class at Bikram Yoga Encino is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming, focused, and uplifting. Anna gives clear, encouraging instruction while still challenging you to push past your comfort zone, and her pacing keeps the entire class flowing smoothly from start to finish.

What really sets her class apart is the balance of intensity and mindfulness. You leave feeling not only physically worked but mentally refreshed and centered. This is a beautiful studio from a beautiful family. We grateful to the founders of the yoga and its effective practice. It is good for all forms of health. We are from Orange County and the beauty and scenic view from the windows is very much like home. We have so much gratitude ❤️
