Bobbie and the Astanga practice is life changing. I have been a student and teacher of yoga for about 5 years when I found this studio and it has taken my practice to the next level. Clearly my body and physical practice has changed but the most important change I'm noticing is my outlook. This practice teaches you discipline, humility and self love. Can't recommend this studio and teacher more.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Bobbi is a passionate, talented and dedicated teacher. She is also a wonderful and caring human bearing. You are not only in for what I consider the best ashtanga yoga teacher in LA but also a whole community of friends and yoguis that is warm and welcoming. I exited my highest recommendation!
Bobbi is an amazing teacher! I feel like I’ve never done yoga before even though I’ve been going for years! She’s so patient, gives so many adjustments, and really teaches the form!
