Rejuvo is my go to place for recovery! Anytime I feel inflammation from stress, lack of sleep or intense exercise I use cryotherapy to reset. It has really helped accelerate my recovery and often provides an instant boost in energy!
Such a great spot! The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful and I have enjoyed all of my treatments here thus far! Definitely adding this as a stop in my monthly self care routine.
Variety of treatments available, easy scheduling, clean facilities, good staff. No fru fru you don't need. Effective treatments and you are out. If you want boring spa music and essential oil mists in your treatments, REJUV ain't your place. If you want effective, science based beauty and wellness treatments that are effective, REJUV is your place. Love the difference in my wellbeing since I discovered REJUV.
