I had a stiff neck to point that it was painful. I went to see Sabrina. She set me up on a twice per week schedule until my neck muscles were relaxed and well again. From the there she set me up on a once per months maintenance treatment schedule. She really knows her stuff.

Sabrina has magical hands!!! I saw Sabrina years ago for awhile and she did wonders. I started having more stress aches and pains so I looked her up again a few months ago. Again she has helped me so much. It is a pleasure having her work on me. I would highly recommend Sabrina or any of her other therapists.

I have had massages from both Sabrina and Jeff and they are both fantastic! If your hurt and in pain, this is the place where you need to go. I've also seen Dr. Allen and I had a bad experience with acupuncture, but he was not only able to work with me, my fears of needles, but he took my pain away. I was stunned actually, I didn't think acupuncture would work, but his work is wonderful too. I would recommend all 3 that work at The Health Alley, they all have a gift!

I was recently diagnosed with a horrible condition called trigeminal neuralgia. I have been on a lot of awful meds for this. condition. The pain in my head face and neck are EXTREME. I came back to Sabrina haven't been in a while due to a busy schedule. I ended up making 4 future appointments. I left her office with a 0 pain level going in at a 8. I was able to enjoy my day and did not have to take the meds. I am looking forward to my future appointments. She really cares about her patients. In fact she referred me to a chiropractor that focuses on Upper Cervical chiropractic. That along with her therapy I actually have hope for a better quality of life. She has hands that heal and a beautiful heart. I would recommend her to everyone that has pain or is looking for a real relaxing massage.

This is my place to go to on a weekly basis! Sabrina has magical hands and always rescues me from my neck and shoulder pain. I love her massage because it isn't just a relaxing one to feel good, she is very knowledgeable with medical massage and rest treats your problem areas. One thing that I absolutely love is the lotion she uses because it doesn't make me all oily and uncomfortable after, so I can go there in the middle of my work day. Give her a try because I'm sure you're going to keep coming back. She also offers packages which I take advantage of because it is a better deal and I don't have to worry about paying every time. Talk about a stress-free visit! Have you ever thought about getting CPR certified? I haven't, but when I heard Sabrina offers that, I decided to give it a try. I love the fact that I can be a resource now wherever I am. She is very patient and teaches at the pace of the slowest learner in the class so that no one is left behind.

Hidden Gem!! My jiu jitsu gym across the street and was competing few days ago and didn't realize this spot was next door. I've known Sabrina from church but did not realize her spot was so close to gym. As a jiu jitsu practitioner, learning from a black belt is a must. Sabrina has over 2 decades of massage experience along w education, this this makes her a high level black belt. More importantly, I felt great coming out of the experience. She focus on areas that was sore and also check on me with her pressure. I enjoyed the experience and highly recommend others to check it out. Just call to book an appt as she is super busy.
