We have been going to Surfside for about 8 years. We have had some wonderful experiences and some not so great ones. It can be very difficult to get an appointment. Even when trying to book 6 months out there is often nothing available until 7-8 months. We are so glad to have the main dentist back. For awhile there was a different dentist each time we went. There are new hygienists as well. Previously there were some having very inappropriate and personal conversations while my kids were having their teeth cleaned (talking about their birth control options and dating life). Overall, my kids feel safe going there and the care has been good.
My daughter and husband are both Surfside ortho patients. My husband is getting Invisalign and my daughter has traditional metal braces. They both love going to Surfside! The staff is friendly, professional and takes great care of my family. The office is clean and is really cute inside! Love the surfing/beach theme! They even have video games for the kiddos to play while they wait.
Today was my 3 y/o daughter's very first dentist appt and I'm very happy that I chose Surfside in Elk Grove! I've worked in dental myself for about 11 years now so I'm very particular about dental offices and Surfside exceeded my expectations. I had requested an appointment online and got a call back from the office that same day to schedule. The front office staff informed me that they were very booked out through the summer, but they were able to find a spot for my daughter to be seen two days later.
