Staff is kind and helpful. Visits are not rushed. Dr. Kittel and vet technicians have grounded reassuring energies that keep our pets calm. As a new owner to cats, all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!
Everyone is great from Dr Kittel to the technicians and front office staff. Kiana got spayed right before Dr Kittel's heart attack and the technician who saw her for her check up was amazed at how well she recovered. Your staff answered my questions and were fantastic
The Kittel family Vet staff are very knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with scheduling an appointment because of the varying office hours throughout the week. The staff was very friendly to both me and my dog. The veterinarian, Dan was very thorough during our visit and explained to us our options and provided his recommendation. I would definitely recommend the Kittel Family Vet to my friends and family. Plus it's a local Elk Grove business!
