I have had years of back pain with herniated discs, etc. I have had physical therapy, injections, on pain meds for over 9 years. I had enough of doing the same thing over and over and not getting any relief. I just started with Elevation Health and I’m so impressed with their commitment to helping patients. Although I just started with them this week, I already have some relief of the excruciating pain I have been in. I look forward to more relief and being able to live life again. In the last number of years, I have been to three different chiropractors in Elk Grove. Dr Lacey Raposo is by far the best. The first two chiropractors mainly just did adjustments and I was on my way. There was no desire for them to fix the root cause. Dr. Raposo,‘s approach is quite different. Her approach is whole body, stretching, traction and excellent adjustments. She also is an expert on nutritional and supplemental advice. This has been especially important to me at this point in my life as I’m attempting a very clean nutritional style. She has a wonderful holistic approach to health.
