Dr. Singh and his staff have always been kind and polite. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and he tells you upfront what he feels the cost might be and that is some thing we as pet parents need to take into consideration .I understand the reschedule fee if you don’t make your appointment in time at the doctor, they charge you. Beyond pleased with our visit. My girl got a foxtail stuck in her ear this morning and I spent all morning calling around to clinics who either were completely booked or asking over $200 just to see her. After hearing that she was a GSD/pit mix one clinic even told me she would need to be muzzled before she could come in. Very frustrating. Animal Care Center was willing to squeeze her in last minute and charged a $80 exam fee, and I believe the baseline for foxtail removal was $100, plus $166 for large dog anesthesia. Thankfully the staff and the vet were very kind and honest, and they were able to remove her foxtail quickly with no anesthesia or restraints and only charged... read full review

They were all helping in the putting my 13 year old Calico Cat to sleep because we all were crying that she had to leave us to get out of pain, the team there Amy & Labidy, I think that's her name that were comforting to my family & I, thank you, Gina Jones????❣️❣️❣️❣️
