I tried this place again and was astonished with the a totally different experience. This time i called late one evening and JB was able to have my print job completed first thing in the morning. I'm really glad I decided to give them a second chance. As I always say it's about the customer experience, and that's how you win "advocates". I'm a converted advocate!!!

I have been going to H&R block to file my taxes for years but with the recent price hike it was time to look elsewhere. I got in contact with Rajeev and not only was his price very reasonable, he also made it very easy to file and discussed with me how to get the maximum refund I deserved. Not only did he do my taxes, but he had helped file my family's taxes as well. Overall I had a great experience dealing with him and highly recommend him if you are looking not to put up with the inconvenience and are looking to put more money in your pocket! P.S. they are in a very convenient location where parking is a breeze, plus they do all kinds of printing services!
