My HVAC broke down on the first day of the heat wave in August😣. After interviewing 3 contractors, I went with Pure Air. That’s because Dimitrii seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He explained to me why a traditional HVAC was a not a good choice due to California’s specific regulations, and that a heat pump would be more energy efficient in the mild weather here.
