I was having severe gum aches from the past few days . I called in for an emergency appointment and they gave me a slot within the next one hour for which I am very grateful to the receptionist who understood my situation and made it work for me.As I got in, Dr. Rubina Kaur checked me and said i need a deep cleaning. Since the pain was bothering me too much she made all the necessary steps to give me a deep cleaning the same day . She was extremely kind to me and her presence is very comforting and reassuring . From the minute I walked into the Western Dental facility in El Cerrito I could feel the calm, warm, yet productive energy in the atmosphere. Because of my various dental problems needing attention I found myself chatting with several of the staff regarding directives, and timely procedures. The warm, calm and cohesive atmosphere created by the staff was an unexpected treat I never would have expected and I more than look forward to my next appointment there.The manager Patty, who I had the pleasure of meeting was so pleasant in summarizing the various discussions. As expected like any other dental visits with WD, I came prepared to wait. I have to say it was worth the wait Dr. Kaur was doing her best given she was the only Dr. For the day. Once it was my turn for the evaluation. She was fast and to the point. She went out of her way to make the wait worth it she addressed the problem. Fast efficient and with a smile. Great Dr experience!
