Spine & Sport in El Cajon, is my "go to" for getting Physical Therapy.I know I'll receive quality care, by All the Therapists there.They are knowledgeable, Caring, fit my needs to repair or optimize, what-ever joint, I, or another, most recently injured.Never, pushing me beyond my limits, nor letting me exceed my limits. I sometimes, have a tendency to overdo, what is best for me.All the therapists there, are personable, and professional.I love going to PT. Thank you so much to everyone working at this clinic. Rebecca the OT, has helped me to get the pain from 10 down to 1 or even 0 and now it is back to normal. I can’t thank her and everyone else over there enough, they are all amazing!

They are all nice over there and the staff and manager are very helpful. The place is very clean. I had a surgery in my shoulder artery and was assigned to have my physical therapy courses at their location for 3 months and they did an awesome and perfect job until i got in a perfect shape and health. I would suggest this place for anyone looking for a physical therapy.Thanks everyone who work at this location.
