After the big storm of 1/22/24 our bathroom started leaking in the roof. Servpro of El Cajon came in and did a great job of getting us taken care of. They made sure everything was handled for us even in the middle what had to be an extremely busy time after that big storm with so many people needing help. Having had a leak in my kitchen from my water filter, on Dec. 30, 2023, I was referred to Servpro by my insurance co. (Mercury). I was impressed with their promptness in bringing their strong fans and dehumidifier, and after 5 days, everything on my back kitchen wall was dry, which avoided any mold. Kudos to Michael, who worked very hard at removing my tile, and saving my backsplash because of a beautiful painting above my stove. Also, he had to remove all the cabinets on my back kitchen wall, and had to do it without any helper, since his helper had to be at an emergency. I highly recommend Servpro. Carol
