I’m a consumer who purchased a home that had this brand lights preinstalled. An issue happened with a light and I needed a replacement. I searched several hardware stores and could not locate them. Upon calling LED One to find a store that would help me with a replacement light they went ahead and offered to help me with a replacement light although they are not in the business to help consumers. (They’re more a B2B company) The people I worked with were super gracious and accommodating.

I’m a current lighting distributor that sells LEDone products. They have been a part of my line card for the past 4.5 years. My experience working with them has been all positive, stock never seems to be a problem, usually same day shipping if you make the 1pm? cut off time. In the rare instances that needed a warranty claim, they have been easy to work with.
