I met Ramy through referral from a friend. I wanted to build and ADU on my property. I interviewed a few engineers and architects to do the job, but there was no follow up on their end. I was nervous about the process and dealing with the county of Riverside and permitting a building. Ramy came out to inspect the site. I told him what I was looking to do and some reason, I felt very comfortable with him. He sent me the initial draft within three weeks. I was very impressed and extremely happy. I worked with Ramy again this time after I purchased another vacant land. Ramy always responded to my emails and calls quickly--he's someone who's both very patient and knowledgeable, I felt I could always rely on him. He gave me good recommendations on the layout and incorporating my options. His construction plan also has limited city corrections, which saves lots of time. I highly recommend Ramy!

Ramy is an amazing architect! We used him to design a custom home we are building in Big Bear Lake. We have built many homes and we have never had our plans approved so quickly and with such little revisions needing done. Even the city said that plans getting approved so fast is unheard of. We will use Ramy for every build we do from here on out. Thanks Ramy!
