Ernesto from E-Mora Construction did a excellent job installing sump pumps in my crawl space. They are full automatic, including battery backup. I can see their status on my phone and I get an email if there is any problem with them. A terrific job done on time and at a competitive price.

E-mora Construction was excellent to work with! In both quality of work and communication with the staff and team. I have had water entry in the basement since we purchased the house. The team came in and implemented a basement drainage, moisture barrier, and improved sump pump configuration. We're several rains into this season and the basement is dry! Thank you Ernesto and team! I'd also like to add that they were flexible as well. I had a piece in which I wanted to pour fresh concrete to improve stability, and he was willing to pause the job and come back later so that I could have a more robust basement solution. Highly recommend!

Our house in Belmont was built in the 50s and the crawlspace had always bothered me for being musty and dirty as well as staying damp for days after rain. With my family suffering from allergies and wanting to cut down on moisture, I had Emora encapsulate my crawlspace. They gave a very competitive quote, were very informative during the initial inspection, and provided many tips to generally protect against water and moisture.It did take a couple months for the work to start due to their backlog but once they finalized a time, they were on-time, hard working, and did very good work.
