Does not keep appointments. Books too many people in one time frame and it seems to be a reoccurring issue. I love the cuts there and never go to other people but the timing issue is a real inconvenience.

I feel for the workers here. Tried getting my hair done but the place smells horrible. There's a pot shop next door and it smells awful. I couldn't sit through that smell. The ladies seemed very welcoming too bad I couldn't get my hair done.

I had gone once before to get my toddlers first haircut and had no issue. The stylist was sweet and the haircut ended up looking great. The second time around I called a week in advanced and set an appointment for Friday at 5pm. We arrived fifteen minutes before our appointment and she was still doing another patrons hair which wasn't an issue. The thing is, by 5:45 she was still doing the same women's hair and showed no sign of finishing even though we had been sitting in the lobby next to her for an hour with a fussy toddler.
