Natalia is a kind, helpful, and professional real estate agent. Whatever questions, concerns, or tasks I needed done, she was always on top of them and responding to me within minutes. Not only is she great at her job, but she also cares about you and meeting your goals. She is so fierce that she was even able to negotiate a good amount of seller credits for me in this market! I'm a first-time home buyer and I have to say that Natalia couldn't have made the process any smoother. I always felt comfortable because I knew that I could count on her. I was very happy with my recent experience selling my rental home with Conor & Natalia. First, they did a great job informing me what needed to be done to the house to get it ready for listing and make the best first impression. They organized everything and I didn't have to go to the house once! The house got into contract in the first week on the market which is great in this slower market (Dec 2022) - we were expecting at least a few weeks! It was priced right and showed well. It was a great experience working with Conor on selling our Danville CA home. The data says everything. From the date we put our house on the market to the day we closed escrow, it took just two weeks. On top of that our house sold at the highest price in our neighborhood. That was record speed compared to all my past homes selling experiences.
