Shirley and Scott were introduced to me by a close friend's family members who have worked with them for multiple real estate transactions. As a first time home buyer, I was completely clueless and nervous about the entire process, but I am so glad that I chose them to be my buying agents as they made the process way less stressful. Considering all of the real estate transactions we have done, hiring Scott and Shirley is the best move we ever made. We interviewed a number of agents and felt Scott and Shirley’s’ professionalism and keen focus on ethics were exactly what we wanted.We hired them to be consultants on how to get the most for our home. Then we followed their advice to the letter and sold our home for about 132% of listing price.They got us immediate access to contractors to do upgrades, advised us on exactly what upgrades to make, developed gorgeous web site, and executed a well planned sales / negotiated strategy. Shirley and Scott are the best realtors around! It took a month to find the perfect place for me and my sister and once we notified Shirley she did not hesitate to take action.I know for a fact that you want Shirley and Scott by your side when you purchase your home. They did a wonderful job of walking us through the process of purchasing our first home and making sure we felt comfortable. They aren’t pushy like some other realtors.
