I see Dr. Shah. She's amazing, very thorough and listens to me. I'm never asked to weigh myself, sit in a gown for routine visits and no wait times. It's very fast and efficient. I always feel taken care of with major anxiety going in she makes me feel comfortable. The front desk people are so nice as well. I'm able to communicate with everyone through my chart and request refills or just ask questions when needed! So convenient

My experience with this urgent care facility was great, mainly because of the help that the physicians assistant, Dan Heaney, provided. I had a wound on my right leg. He cleaned and treated the wound and prescribed antibiotics for me. Over and above that I was able to communicate with him for several weeks about the situation of the wound. I would send him photos of the wound and he would provide additional advice about treatment. He also gave me a referral to the wound care center at the San Ramon Regional Medical Center.

Suzanne Goeb is the best. In this day and age of treating people like numbers, Suzanne listens, offers solutions that are customized to the situation, and doesn't follow the cow trail of today's commoditized medicine. When my long time physician left her practice many years ago, I was at a loss. Due to a referral, I started going to nearby BH Medical Group where I met Suzanne. She is the only one in today's medical world I trust.
