I just moved into a new home in Talega, SC. Place is totally amazing, but I noticed at night there is a sharp vinegar type smell. Long story short it's the tree's during the rainy humid weather we had for a bit. Before I realized that I had Joachim from Prozone come out and I would have paid to have their service done, but he examined it and neither of us could smell anything. He was honest and alleviated all of my concerns about any past issues in the home that maybe resurfaced. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Heaven forbid I ever need their service I would definitely use them.

Prozone Clean did an amazing job in my house in Capo Beach after my tenant left. The house had a strong pet odor, after carpets washing and whole house deep cleaning we couldn't get rid off. Really happy with the results for my car! I was looking for a safe and effective way to get the AC system of my car cleaned, since it had a bit of a musty smell and I was suspecting mold. We also have a dog and the car has absorbed a bit of her smell. I’ve read many things about ozone and how it can be an effective way of decontaminating the AC, as well as removing odors from the car, without the use of harsh chemicals and the risk of making it worse.
Joachim was very professional and friendly, and he spent a long time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He did a very detailed cleaning and ozone treatment of my entire car and its AC system. The musty smell is completely gone and the air inside feels very fresh now with new filters. I am also amazed by how well he cleaned every single little space in the car - not a speck of dust anywhere.

I interviewed 6 different companies to come and remove smell of strong cigarette smoke in three rooms of my luxury rental town home in Dana point. Joe at Prozone clean was the only one that explained the problem to me properly and honestly. gave me a fixed price to take care of it with assurance and guarantee that he can do it. He started the job right away and documented with photos and videos everything he did per my request. He finished the job on time and there is absolutely no smell left. It was a two day job but i picked up the car a month ago and waited to place my review in case there were any issues. I am happy to say the car is still completely smell FREE!
