I was suffering from a lower back strain that I got from lifting a 60lbs box up and out from the trunk of my car. I thought I lifted it correctly as I've done something similar so many of times, but shortly after I started feeling tightness on my lower back. My initial thought was to do some stretches hoping to alleviate the soreness, but it kept getting worse. I’ve been seeing Dr. Joe throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I’ve had back issues and was nervous about how pregnancy would affect them.
