Spent $600 for this style. The photos were taken less than 48hours after install.
I showed them reference photos before booking and made it clear what style I wanted. The salon confirmed they could do it. I was charged $200 more specifically because the braids size I requested was considered “extra small”
The install took over 12 hours.
The photos attached were taken two days after leaving the salon. They show: • Inconsistent, uneven parts • Significant frizz throughout • Unraveling, split ends across multiple braids • Braids noticeably thicker than extra small, what was requested and paid for
I feel embarrassed and taken advantage of. I’m embarrassed to even repeat how much I paid for this.
When I raised my concerns, a redo was offered. I declined..the salon is over an hour away and would require another full day off of work for another 12+ hour install. I requested a partial refund instead. That was ignored, and I was eventually offered a discount on a future service. A discount is not a resolution, it’s a tactic to get me back in the salon..

I booked for medium waist length boho knotless braids & brung 2 bundles of boho hair. I was told it would be an extra $50 if they were to use the second bundle. I’ve gotten this hairstyle plenty of times & it always required at least 2 boho bundles so I was a little confused. But I told the braider if she usually only used one bundle then that would be fine. As she got to the second row of my head I realized there was no boho pieces throughout the hair or at the ends & I explained that’s what I wanted. The braider tells me since I only wanted one bundle she wasn’t going to put the boho pieces throughout all the braids. I then told her that she could use the second bundle for the look I wanted. I booked for waist length, as you can see in the picture the hair is very thin especially at the ends & is barely waist length. The second picture is what they advertised as medium boho.

I was over charged & my hair doesn’t even look good to me like the hair doesn’t look fully attached it looks like it’s coming out like she did not braid it right & it’s coming un done & you can see my real hair I’m pissed I paid all that money for nothing I will not be coming back

The lady was very nice. They have very great customer service, however my braids were not done correctly. They are fat and it looked like she grab a bunch of gel to slick it down. After you could still see the gel. I showed a picture of how I wanted it. But it was not done correctly. They were so nice, but I don't think I'll be back. I wish she would've told me she wasn't comfortable with doing the style I had show.

This was the first time I’ve gotten the Fulani braids and I absolutely LOVE IT! This I my 3rd time getting my hair braided at this shop and I always leave satisfied, I will definitely be back again!

I first came here and had my braids done by the owner, and she did an amazing job. The second time, the results weren’t quite the same, but what impressed me most was how the owner personally reached out and offered to redo my hair herself at no cost. The braids were professionally done and look amazing. I really admire her dedication and the way she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend others to come here too. The owner is very responsive to feedback and wants her clients to be happy

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I gave this place 3 chances. Each time was somewhat a disappointment, never fully satisfied. The last one had me crying. I bought an expensive hair, paid $250 and they butchered it.. I left a message saying how disappointed I am, the lady I assume the owner called me back and said she’ll fix it. I went back and still didn’t look right. Never again! Don’t waste your time and money. It’s sad, I tried so hard to just forget it but I couldn’t stand the thought of someone else going through the same experience. Please do better. This is how they sent me home and after she ‘fixed’ it …and yes, I tipped the first one 🙄😢

I booked my appointment in advance for July 3rd. I requested a stitch style they had posted on a summer sale flyer. She didn’t start my hair until 5:55pm my appointment was at 5. To be told she can’t use the braiding hair I brought charged me to use their hair, the style was not what I asked for, and not what was on the flyer. I reached out to the stylist to rectify and she never replied. I’ve come to this shop several times previously and I’m disappointed at this. Their services are already expensive as it is plus gratuity, I feel scammed. She’s replying to everyone else reviews and rectifying but has not reached out to me after I’ve communicated with her my dissatisfaction.
