I love having to dispute superfluous $14 dollar monthly charges that randomly pop up on my rent between this pos company and my apartment complex despite paying for private insurance. Garbage company, useless middlemen sucking on renters like leaches. Red flag for apartment complexes that use such a service.
Absolute garbage company. I would never use this company if not literally forced to. They keep rejecting my insurance and telling me my 6 year old daughter is a leaseholder. this is 2 years in a row, same exact policy no changes to my lease or policy. I wish I could give negative stars.
One he'll of a shady experience and I haven't completed the forced acceptance on their trash service. I have called , text and emailed a week ago and no response. Foreign trash at best
