This review of Link Medical Center is long overdue. About 5 years ago, I suddenly could barely walk. I had always been active, between, walking, yoga, body pump and other. What felt like a little discomfort escalated to the point of terrible pain. I sought help with an orthopedic doctor , got X-rays, mri, pt et. Through a good friend, I was referred to Link. I will be forever grateful for that referral. Dr’s Amstutz initially treated my condition. Within one week of doing eldoa exercises, I was on the road to recovery. Within one month almost. 100%. I've not had the pleasure of receiving any medical treatment at Link, but since the Covid-19 pandemic shutting everything down, I started doing Ben Hubers' Tuesday and Thursday Eldoa classes on Facebook or Instagram. Despite them being late for me (I'm on the East coast), the hour flies by, and the stretching, specific postures, and movements have actually helped me sleep much better. After 8 weeks, I have greater flexibility and balance, and less joint discomfort. I'm sure the in-person classes are way more awesome, but I definitely recommend trying out the online classes; you only need a mat or a padded surface.
