Dr Stacey Gillis and her entire staff are awesome! They are so friendly, caring, and warm. Karina always welcomes you with a warm smile and greeting! My OB referred me to Dr Stacey when I started experiencing very painful pregnancy induced sciatica early in my 2nd trimester. I've been seeing Dr for almost 2 months now and my sciatica pain is gone! I also started experiencing carpel tunnel pain early on and she has made the pain go away as well as improved my sinus issues (all related to pregnancy). My Mondays with Dr Stacey are my favorite, I look forward to seeing her every week. Today she treated me to their 50 min prenatal massage done by Nicole which was DIVINE. It was so wonderful, honestly can say one of the best massages I've ever experienced. Can't recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Stacey Gillis is a gem. Her office is wonderful and welcoming. Karina in the front is such an asset as well. I bring my kids here as well. The traction tables in the office are amazing to use prior to the adjustment. My naturopath is next door, so this is a great medical/dental complex.

If I could give Dr. Gillis 10 stars, I would. Because she is THAT good. I originally came in for severe TMJ pain in 2021 after my dentist recommended surgery that would require breaking my jaw and having it wired shut for weeks while it healed (sooo glad I didn't go that route). Because I was in so much pain, Dr. Gillis had me come in that day after the office closed so we could have plenty of time for a full consultation, do x rays, etc. That was the first time I have ever felt listened to and cared for by a healthcare professional like that. Based on her treatment plan, I was able to get my jaw pain under control and now I look forward to the adjustments for how good it makes the rest of my body feel as a result! In my 1.5 years of seeing Dr. Gillis, I have never once felt rushed during an appointment. She takes the time to check in and ask how my body is doing/feeling and genuinely listens to what I say. She also takes the time to get to know me on a personal level which sometimes makes me feel like I'm talking with a friend :) I recently moved to Dana Point and still continue to make the drive to see her because I truly don't think anyone could top her! If you come to Harbor Family Chiropractic, I can guarantee you will get the absolute best care and customer service available.
