If I could give this place TEN stars I would!!! Dale the owner is a beautiful soul, genuinely interested in making sure you are happy with your hairpiece and bends over backwards to make sure that happens. He is engaging, personable and always proactive, as well as knowledgeable on which way to go with your hairpiece as there are many products and choices. I am very detail oriented as I am a physician and can only give them HIGH RAVES. Tammie who cuts my hairpiece does an excellent job as well, and is passionate about what she does, warm and highly experienced in giving you THE BEST RESULT POSSIBLE as well. Usually once you pay for your hairpiece it "ends there". Not here at European Hair Institiute, once again if you need to add more color or fine tune your haircut or whatever, it is done with a smile and positive attitude, ensuring you are leaving with a happy heart and the satisfaction that you made the right decision in coming to this institute where class and integrity prevail. Dale and the staff are amazing! They’re so knowledgeable and willing to help. Dale was great about answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. Go take advantage of their free consultation!

Affordable, clean, and top-notch service all around. I've been coming here for my hair system every two weeks for eight years. After over 200 visits, I can safely say they will always be my go-to hair maintenance salon. Jennifer at the front desk is a master scheduler and completely dedicated to making sure your experience is seamless from start to finish. Dale runs the spot and will do everything he can to get you the look you want at a reasonable price. Patti, my expert maintenance gal and stylist, is phenomenal at what she does and makes me feel like a movie star by the time she's done -- every time! I trust everyone here with my hair and scalp.. which is rare. If you're in the Costa Mesa/Orange County area and are need of a hair system or upkeep, this is your 100% your place.
